POSITION: SALES REPRESENTATIVE
LOCATION: Cape Town
STARTING DATE: Immediate
REMUNERATION: Salary dependent upon prior experience
Travel allowance and opportunity to earn commission
ENTRY CRITERIA:
QUALIFICATION: Appointment based on experience & potential to do the job
REQUIRED
EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in courier industry and customer liaison is essential.
REQUIRED Customer service orientation (developing customer relationships)
SKILLS: Good negotiation techniques
Persuasiveness and sales ability
Excellent communication
REQUIRED Maintain a high energy/productivity level
ATTITUDE: Exhibit an air of confidence and create good impression of behalf of ITT
Be a self-starter and use own initiative to achieve results
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Sourcing and securing new long-term clients at agreed prices.
- Servicing existing ITT customers, ensuring continuity of excellent service and dealing with any service enquiry proactively.
- Providing feedback from customers on their service requirements.
- Provide quotes timeously.
- Increasing ITT’s turnover.
- Dealing effectively with any issue relative to ITT customers.
- Ability to do KPI reports
- Experience with Excel and formulating spread sheets
